Oh my goodness! I just didn’t expect such a harvest from my two gooseberry bushes, first I have had to be true! So syrup and ketchup were the way to go plus plenty were bagged up for the freezer.

Mr WH didn’t fancy any gooseberry jam and I still have plenty of chutney. He’s waiting for the new batch of strawberry jam which we will be making very soon 😋🍓
