The Fairy Keeper
~•~
Thru foris hatch
Or gate wi’ rusted latch
Dillydally’s time thief, the pause at crusted catch
No pixy scents o’ peppered mint, plum pip or cherry glint?
Oh! Sweet Faey!
No sunbeam’s hint
To jiggle & frolic, be merry, be gay?
No words, the sprite nor puck to say?
Not sitteth thee pon fallen limb
Neath thorny briar, oh reckless whim!
For it was They saw, he tore! At maidens cloth, he/him!
The callous miller, be he so bold!
Bless her sweet soul, her sorrow not told
For the morrow’s new, memories old
Sweet Faey did dare, to tell her King
Be shut away, ne’r to sing
Or dance her toes on morrow’s dew
No chance to steal a kiss or two
From Frog to Prince
Be not for you…Sweet Faey
Not now, anywaey

Fiddle o’ thread that mourns the dead
Silent echoes, nothing said
Jailor's key for coin of gold
How the naked nymph was told!
The words he took, her silence sold
From bracken's hide, no more to sleep
The captor's keep, where woodfolk weep

Catched, Caught, Taught
Watch the Words You Say
Ye be locked away today
They shall be gone! It shall be done!
Hail the Kingdom!
As You Were, Son
As You Were, Son
